Requirement:
- Working experience at least 3 years as tenant relation officer experience.
- Technical Skills: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Good personality, communication skill, and business manner
- Fluent in English
- Able to communicate in Japanese (Will be advantage)
- As the window person when the tenant would like to request or complain anything about building.
- Maintaining good relationship with all tenants.
- Explain the building rules and related website
- Create and revise building announcement, building regulation and relevant documents.
